Christian Faculty and Staff Network gathering on 3/23 - Welcome back from Spring Break and Chapter 8, Taking Steps in Practical Disciplines

Join us on Wednesday, March 23, at 11:45 AM (done by 12:45 PM). We meet at the Baptist Campus Ministries building library (University Boulevard and 4th Avenue), and lunch will be served

Lunch is provided by churches in the area.

  • It's $1 per meal, the best meal deal in town. You're welcome to be eating your lunch during the gathering.
  • You have the choice of paying by the meal or making a single payment to cover the semester.

It's getting close to selecting a book to discuss during the Fall 2022 term.

  • I will send out a book survey in the update for our 3/30 meeting.
  • If you have any suggestions, let me know before then, and I'll put it in the survey after checking to make sure we hadn't included it in a previous survey.

·         1540 Waltham Abbey in Essex was the last English monastery to switch from the Catholic Church to the new Church of England.

·         1966 The Archbishop of Canterbury met with Pope Paul VI in Rome, the first time the leaders met since Henry VIII split the Church of England from the Catholic Church.
