Coming up

Tell students about A Christian Theology of Personal Finance panel on 2/3 at 7 PM in the Baptist Campus Ministries chapel. Panelists are UA professors Bob Brooks, Sean Mobbs, and Alan Tidwell. I attached a flyer you can pass out.

Trillia Newbell, author of Sacred Endurance, is scheduled to join us via Zoom on 3/9 for a Q&A session about the ideas behind her book.

Share ideas for guest speakers relevant to this fellowship's meetings. I'll add them to a prospect list and endeavor to schedule them!

Think about it

The CS Lewis Institute shared an Annual Spiritual Checkup, a comprehensive list you can use for self-reflection. The general areas covered come from the Great Commandment:

  • Loving God with all your heart, soul, and mind
  • Loving your neighbor

These happened on the day of our meeting

·         1563 Heidelberg Catechism published.

·         1568 Miles Coverdale, publisher of the first Bible in English, died.
